  • Direct Leadership: No middle management. You report directly to the corp leadership and CEO TornadoZ.
  • Unified Goals: Every decision is made with the collective success of the alliance in mind.
  • Aggressive Growth: We are looking to expand our territory, our ISK reserves, and our killboard.

What We Do

Choose your path within HWYL:

  • Combat & PvP: Daily fleet ops, roamers, and sovereignty defense. We fly everything from frigates to Titans.
  • Industry & Logistics: Supply chains for our fleets, station building, and ISK generation.
  • Exploration & Mining: Scouting new systems and securing resources for the alliance.
  • New Pilot Training: Comprehensive mentorship programs. We don’t just accept you; we teach you how to win.

Requirements

  • Activity: Log in at least [X] times per week.
  • Communication: Must have Discord and a working microphone for fleet comms.
  • Attitude: Aggressive but disciplined. We follow orders, but we also think on our feet.
  • ISK: None required. We support our own.
